Email Fraud Attempt – Be Vigilant

05/08/2025
Dear clients, partners and colleagues,

We wish to alert you to a fraud attempt by email (phishing) involving the impersonation of our company and team members

Fraudulent emails are being sent to our clients and professional contacts.
They closely mimic our official communications, reproducing:
  1. our logo,
  2. our email signatures,
  3. our professional tone.
The objective is to trick you into making bank transfers or disclosing sensitive information, by impersonating someone from our team.
The only clue: a slightly modified sender email address (e.g., one character changed, the use of different alphabets such as Arabic, Cyrillic, or a similar-looking domain).

We recommend you to:
Always check the sender's email address carefully, even if everything else looks legitimate.
✅ If anything seems suspicious (unexpected payment request, unusual tone, etc.):
Contact our office directly via phone* or WhatsApp before taking any action.
Do not reply to any message you suspect may be fraudulent.
Notify us immediately if you receive a suspicious email.

We take this very seriously and are taking all necessary measures to prevent these impersonation attempts.
All our staff – across all departments – are alert to these issues, and we kindly ask you to remain highly vigilant.

Thank you for your attention and cooperation.
